FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not contract with any insurance companies. I made this decision to protect the privacy of my clients. If you use insurance to cover the cost of therapy services, session notes are shared with the insurance company. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Okay, then how much does it cost?

My rate is $200 per 50-minute individual session. Couples sessions are $250 and 60 minutes in length. I have a few sliding scale spots available.

How do I get started?

Fill out the contact form. Alternatively, you can call, text, or email me (contact information at the bottom of the page). I will get back to you shortly to set up a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This call is a chance for you to see if I fit what you are looking for in a therapist. Please feel free to ask any questions that may aid in that assessment. From there, I’ll send you some brief intake paperwork, consent forms, and assessments.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Presently, I only offer telehealth sessions to clients in New York and Maine.
